Smarter4Me ships orders to customers in the United States and other eligible destinations.

### Processing Time

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Smarter4Me products are shipped from our fulfillment partners located in *China/Asia*.

Because orders are shipped internationally, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

### Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs clearance, carrier disruptions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

### Tracking

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the package has been handed to the carrier.

### Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees depending on the destination and applicable laws.

Where applicable, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

### Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If an order has already shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply if the package needs to be reshipped.

### Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first and then contact Smarter4Me.

For packages experiencing significant shipping delays, we will work with the carrier or fulfillment provider to investigate the shipment.
